Your goods are packed in heavy-duty packaging and handed to our carrier (DPD / DHL / GLS / freight forwarder for pallets).

Delivered to you

Delivery arrives at your address, usually within 1–3 working days for in-stock items. Bulk freight may take 2–5 days.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination using our live rate table. The calculator above shows the exact price for your address before checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard parcels ship within 1–3 working days. Pallet / LTL freight takes 2–5 days depending on destination. You receive a tracking number on dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver across the EU. Use the calculator above and select your country — if a rate is shown, we ship there. For other destinations please contact us.

Which carriers do you use?

DPD, DHL and GLS for parcels. For pallets and bulk shipments we use professional freight forwarders. You receive tracking regardless of carrier.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Every shipment is insured. In the rare case of damage, photograph the packaging immediately and contact our support within 48 hours — we handle the claim for you.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, self-pickup from our Möttingen warehouse is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us after ordering to schedule a pickup time.
