Pressure sandblasting cabins

SAPI pressure blasting cabins are suitable for all kinds of sandblasting work. All systems are delivered with a pressure control unit and can therefore be used for sandblasting work with very low, medium and high-pressure blasting work up to 12 bar of working pressure. In addition to the sandblasting pressure, the amount of sandblasting agent in our pressure sandblasting cabin can also be individually regulated on the sandblasting agent metering valve.

The cartridge filter extraction system (integrated or adjacent) can also be used. The filter cartridge is cleaned automatically using a sandblast of compressed air. All common types of reusable abrasives such as glass beads, corundum, plastic, silicon carbide, ceramic balls, chilled cast iron, cast iron, stainless steel abrasives and much more can be used as the blasting medium.

The "T-REX 100 Double Power" and "T-REX 140 Double Power" models are equipped with both the pressure sandblasting system and the injector sandblasting system as standard. Two sandblasting systems in one system! On request, we can of course also manufacture your blasting cabin as a pure pressure blasting system.
