The pressure/suction blast cabinet type "T-Rex 140 Dual Power" can be used either in pressure blasting mode or suction blasting mode. This makes it possible to carry out even the heaviest blasting tasks. The integrated suction blasting method can be used for lighter blasting tasks, saving expensive compressed air. The selection of the blasting method (pressure blasting or suction blasting) is easily done via a selector switch at the base of the cabinet.
The compact, combined pressure/suction blast cabinet has an integrated cartridge filter dust extraction unit. Thanks to the permanently installed filter system, the blast cabinet requires only a small footprint and is easily portable using a pallet truck or forklift.
Due to the compact design of the blast cabinet, it is immediately ready for use – only the compressed air and power supply need to be connected and blasting abrasive needs to be filled in.
The integrated cartridge filter dust extraction unit ensures optimal visibility in the blasting chamber. At the same time, optimal abrasive cleaning is achieved to reuse the blasting media as often as possible. By using state-of-the-art fan technology, an extremely low power consumption (0.75 kW) is achieved, making the suction blast cabinet extremely economical.
Our high-performance suction blast head (fresh blast head) generates a high vacuum and thus achieves a high blasting performance, enabling fast, economical work with the suction blast cabinet. The blast nozzle is made of boron carbide and achieves extremely long service life, even when using corundum blasting abrasive. The pressure blast head is also equipped with a boron carbide blast nozzle for maximum service life.
To illuminate the blasting chamber, a modern, energy-saving LED light is dust-protected and mounted on the cabinet roof. This ensures optimal illumination of the blast cabinet's blasting chamber and enables fast, fatigue-free and economical work.
Our blast cabinets are manufactured from heavy-gauge steel sheet, which allows a high load capacity of the working grate.
All SAPI blast cabinets comply with all current safety standards and are equipped with a door safety switch that immediately stops the blasting process if the cabinet is opened during operation.
Suitable blasting abrasives include metallic blasting abrasives, cast steel, steel grit, chilled iron, stainless steel blasting abrasive, corundum, glass beads, plastic granulate, plant-based granulates, etc.
