High-performance pressure/injector sandblasting cabin "T-Rex 140 Double Power" with an integrated cartridge filter system. 2 blasting processes in one blasting cabin, pressure blasting for maximum performance, injector blasting for simple blasting tasks. Druckstrahlverfahren und Injektorstrahlverfahren in einer Strahlanlage kombiniert. Eine Strahlkabine für alle Einsatzzwecke!
Die Druck-/Injektor-Strahlkabine vom Typ "T-Rex 140 Doppel-Power" kann wahlweise im Druckstrahlverfahren oder im Injektorstrahlverfahren verwendet werden. Dies ermöglicht es, auch schwerste Strahlarbeiten durchzuführen. Das ebenfalls integriete Injektorstrahlverfahren kann für leichtere Strahlaufgaben verwendet werden, diese spart teuere Druckluft. Die Auswahl der Strahlverfahrens (Druckstrahlen oder Injektorstrahlen) erfolgt einfach mittels Wählschalter am Kabinenfuß.
Die kompakte, kombinierte Druck-/Injektor-Strahlkabine hat eine integrierte Patronenfilter-Absauganlage. Durch die fest installierte Filteranlage benötigt die Sandstrahlkabine nur einen geringen Platzbedarf und ist leicht ortsverändlich mittels Hubwagen oder Stapler.
Durch die Kompaktbauweise der Strahlkabine ist diese sofort einsatzbereit, es muss lediglich die Durckluft- und Stromversorgung hergestellt werden und Strahlmittel befüllt werden.
Durch die integrierte Patronenfilter-Absauganlage ist eine optimale Sicht im Strahlraum gewährleistet. Gleichzeitig wird eine optimale Strahlmittelreinigung erzielt um das Strahlgut möglichst oft wiederzuverwenden. Durch den Einsatz modernster Ventilatortechnik wird eine extrem niedrige Stromaufnahme (0,75 kW) erreicht, was die Injektorstrahlkabine extrem wirtschaftlich macht.
Unser hochleistungs Injektor-Strahlkopf (Frischstrahlkopf) erziehlt einen hohen Unterdruck und erzielt dadurch eine hohe Strahlleistung, dies ermöglicht schnelles, wirtschaftliches Arbeiten mit der Unterdruck-Strahlkabine. Die Strahldüse ist aus Borcarbid gefertigt und erziehlt extrem hohe Standzeiten, auch beim Einsatz von Korund-Strahlmittel. Der Druckstrahlkopf ist ebenfalls mit einer Borcarbid-Strahldüse, für höchste Standzeiten, ausgestattet.
Zur Ausleuchtung des Strahlraumes ist eine moderne, energiesparende LED-Leuchte saubgeschützt auf dem Kabinendach angebracht. Dadurch wird eine optimale Ausleuchtung des Strahlraumes der Strahlkabine gewährleistet und es wird ein schnelles, ermüdungsfreies und wirtschaftliches Arbeiten ermöglicht.
Unser Sandstrahlkabinen werden aus kräftigem Stahlblech gefertigt, was eine hohe Tragfähigkeit des Arbeitsrostes ermöglicht.
Alle SAPI-Strahlkabinen entsprechen allen aktuellen Sicherheitsstandards und sind mit einem Türsicherheitsschalter ausgestattet, welcher den Strahlvorgang sofort stoppt sollte die Kabine während des Strahlvorgangs geöffnet werden.
Als Strahlmittel können metallische Strahlmittel, Stahlguss, Stahlkies, Hartguß, Edelstahlstrahlmittel, Korund, Glasperlen, Kunststoffgranulat, pflanzliche Granulate usw. verwendet werden.
