The shut-off system with inlet/outlet valve is characterized by fast switching times and maintenance-free operation. Due to the two-part design, the inlet valve and outlet valve are mounted separately. This prevents abrasive particles from entering the inlet valve as with other combined piston valves, thus enabling trouble-free operation.

In the case of sandblasting vessels with inlet/outlet valve shut-off (vessel venting shut-off), the pressure blasting vessel is pressurized when the hand lever is actuated; when the hand lever is released, the blasting vessel is completely vented again and depressurized.

The advantage of this remote control variant is that the sandblasting unit can be filled automatically via a silo, since when the blasting process is stopped, the blasting pot is vented and the closing cone opens, thus allowing the abrasive to run back into the blasting pot. This system is often used in blasting halls, blasting houses and large blasting cabins where there is a permanent blasting medium return and blasting medium preparation.

SAPI pressure blasting units are equipped with a pressure reducer, which enables the stepless regulation of the blasting pressure from 0.1 - 12 bar. All our pressure blasting units are TÜV-tested and comply with all current regulations.

Our pressure sand blasting units are suitable for all common blasting media. The integrated blasting medium dosing valve guarantees an optimal adjustment of the blasting medium quantity. This ensures low blasting material consumption at highest performance.
