Our sandblasting cabinets are used wherever surface treatment is required, such as for derusting, deburring, roughening, compacting, cleaning or matting. Our manual sandblasting cabinets are available in different sizes, whether for small parts or large parts. The scope of supply includes blast cabin with front loading by means of front flap or via side doors on one or both sides of the sandblasting cabin. Sandblasting cabinets with front loading allow the blast room to be loaded by crane or forklift. This means that even heavy components can be processed in the sandblast cabin without any problems. Due to our continuous development work, our blast cabinets are always state-of-the-art.

The optionally available rubber lining protects the blasting cabin from wear and already the used blasting medium. By using the rubber lining in the sandblasting cabin, the consumption of abrasive can be significantly reduced.

Our sandblasting cabinets are universally applicable and can be operated with almost all commercially available blasting media such as corundum, normal corundum, precious corundum, glass beads, broken glass, ceramic beads, plastic blasting media, nutshells and metallic blasting media such as chilled cast iron or cast steel.

All SAPI sandblasting cabinets comply with the latest safety regulations and are always equipped with an electrical shut-off safety device which automatically interrupts the blasting process as soon as the cabinet door is opened. The extraction system ensures optimal visibility in the sandblasting room and at the same time enables dust-free working with the sandblasting cabin. We have the right extraction system for the sandblasting cabinet for every application, whether pocket filter or cartridge filter integrated or adjacent.
