Remote control valves
Safety shutdown - boiler ventilation - inlet and outlet valves
Remote control valves are required to start or stop pressure sandblasting tanks and pressure sandblasting cabins. The remote control is an important part of safeguarding the blasting process in order to ensure safety.
SAPI offers a wide variety of remote control variants, from classic boiler ventilation to innovative safety shutdowns, which no longer have to vent the sandblasting chamber.
Our delivery program includes one-part or two-part remote boiler ventilation controls as well as pneumatically or electrically switched safety shutdowns.
The inlet or outlet of the compressed air to the jet boiler is controlled by means of the remote control valve. The inlet valve controls the compressed air inlet to the blasting pot, and the associated outlet valve vents the sandblasting pot.
The innovative SAPI safety shutdown works without venting the pressure sandblasting vessel. The sandblasting pot remains completely under pressure during the entire period of use and only needs to be vented to refill the sandblasting pot with sandblasting material or when finishing work.
We would be happy to advise you on the use of the right remote control for your application. Just talk to us.
