ADVANTAGES OF THE SAPI PRINT BLAST DEVICE with safety shutdown

- The pressure setting can be set exactly before the actual sandblasting process, from 0.1 - 12.0 bar, continuously adjustable.
- Lower consumption of sandblasting media, as the pressure vessel remains permanently under pressure and therefore there is no unnecessary run-on of abrasive
when restarting, the full jet pressure is immediately available at the nozzle and does not have to be built up slowly. This means significantly lower consumption of blasting media and significantly less wear on the blasting hose.
- No moisture build-up (condensate) in the container, as the boiler remains constantly under pressure and is not vented and ventilated at every start and stop. This procedure also gives rise to other advantages as follows:
- Optimal abrasive dosing with a hardened fine dosing valve
lower compressed air requirement, resulting in a significant reduction in fuel consumption (diesel) - A one-man operation, as the sandblasting pressure is constantly displayed by the tank pressure and can easily be changed on the manometer without having to start.
- No malfunction-prone device components such as control valves, membranes and seals, making it easy to maintain and operationally reliable. All you have to do is check the blasting hose in the safety shutdown and replace it if necessary.
