MM 2010 | Integrated filter | Pressure sandblasting cabin | Siemens PLC control
SAPI - Hochleistungs - Druck - Blast Cabinet „MM 2010“
Construction:
SAPI pressure sandblasting cabins are made of strong sheet steel and are where
necessary, reinforced profile. The sandblasting chamber is welded to the base. in the
The abrasive collecting funnel is built into the base frame. For assembly and
For maintenance work, the 2-wing front flap can be swivelled up completely
the weight is relieved by gas pressure shock absorbers.
Surface protection:
All steel parts are thoroughly degreased and provided with a protective primer
and then painted with textured paint.
Lining:
The sandblasting cabin is equipped with a 2 mm thick rubber lining as a sound and
Wear protection equipped.
Lighting:
Two LED lights are dustproof for sandblasting and maintenance work in the work area
arranged in the car roof, the cover is made with a
changeable plastic disc.
Nozzle:
The sandblasting head is equipped with a boron carbide sandblasting nozzle.
Different nozzle sizes are available depending on the compressor performance and application.
When sandblasting small parts, we recommend an additional sandblasting head holder
to be built in. The sandblasting head is fixed here. So the worker gets more
Freedom of movement.
Viewing window:
There are 3 ESG safety glass panes in the quick-change frame, which
are sealed on both sides by a soft rubber against dust leakage. Additionally,
there is the option of sticking a wear film on the inside.
Air balance:
When designing the SAPI sandblasting cabins, great importance was attached to room dedusting. This is necessary in order to maintain a consistently good view in the sandblasting room and to achieve a minimum residual dust content at the fan outlet. The ventilation air flows in through two air inlet openings built into the cabin ceiling according to the downdraft principle, flows evenly through the sandblasting room, is charged with dust and is extracted through a labyrinth-reinforced exhaust air opening on the rear of the cabin. Coarser and therefore heavier particles fall directly into the collecting tray, while
Fine dust particles are separated in the dust filter. The filter cleaning takes place automatically by means of compressed air blasts.
Door contacts:
All SAPI sandblasting cabins are equipped with door contact switches. These automatically interrupt the sandblasting process when the equipment doors are opened.
Abrasive:
SAPI sandblasting cabins are suitable for the use of all dry, flowable types of sandblasting media, such as:
Chilled cast iron, cast steel, corundum, plastic granules, glass beads, vegetable granules, etc.
A filling is approx. 75 kg, depending on the bulk weight.
The abrasive consumption is based on:
The type of material, the sandblasting pressure, the sandblasting angle, the distance between the nozzle, the type of
the workpiece, material properties and hardness.
It is important to ensure that the compressed air is absolutely free of oil and condensate. Should this be
If this is not the case, appropriate filter measures must be taken at the factory
Included in the price:
Pressure sandblasting system for sandblasting cabin
The abrasive is conveyed to the adjacent bucket elevator by means of a flat conveyor unit. The bucket elevator conveys the material into the storage container, which is located directly above the pressure sandblasting vessel. From here, the cleaned sandblasting material is fed back into the pressure sandblasting tank and the sandblasting process is fed back into it.
The delivery includes:
- 60 l pressure blasting tank with fixed
- Built-on pressure reducer and water separator,
- Two-part shut-off system, sand dosing valve,
- Sandblasting media storage container,
- Bucket elevator and flat conveyor system. Installation on the side next to the
- Blasting cabin.
Integrated cartridge filter
- with 20 m² filter surface (2 cartridges á 10 m²), automatic
- Filter cleaning by means of compressed air from a separate
- Pressure vessel. Only 0.75 kW connected load through
- Most innovative fan technology with maximum air output.
- The cabin is thanks to the directly attached filter system
- extremely space-saving and mobile.
Rubber lining
- This prevents the abrasive from disintegrating pointlessly on the cabin wall (up to 50% abrasive savings)
Air blow gun
- for blowing off the cleaned parts and the cabin walls
