SAPI VARIO vortex jet process for gentle cleaning

The SAPI Vario vortex sandblasting nozzle was specially developed for the gentle cleaning of sensitive surfaces. A special eddy current body (turbine) sets the sandblasting media-air mixture into the rotation.

Due to this effect, the sandblasting particles are not "shot" hard onto the surface but glide gently over the surface. The main areas of application of the SAPI eddy current process are facade cleaning, natural stone cleaning, graffiti removal on different surfaces such as natural stone, plaster, brick or concrete.

With this gentle blasting technique, superficial dirt, but also encrustations, coatings or graffiti can be removed. You can choose to work with a water supply or dry. There is a choice of 3 different blasting techniques with a basic nozzle:

• Eddy sandblasting technology (eddy current process) - the substance-friendly way of cleaning
• Flat sandblasting technology - achieve high area performance with flat or wide jet
• Venturi round sandblasting technology - classic blasting technology for universal sandblasting work
