The "VARIO" gentle sandblasting nozzle technology sets new quality and performance standards in surface and cleaning technology.

The epitome of absolutely gentle, effective and environmentally friendly cleaning is the new SAPI “VARIO” - gentle sandblasting - nozzle technology. The SAPI "VARIO" nozzle concept in modular design enables 3 different blasting processes to be carried out with one basic nozzle. This offers the advantage of optimally adapting to the constantly changing cleaning requirements in order to achieve the best possible cleaning results. By simply changing special nozzle components, the basic nozzle can be used effectively and economically as a vortex sandblasting, flat sandblasting or Venturi round sandblasting nozzle. In addition, a number of nozzle heads of different sizes are available for vortex sandblasting, flat sandblasting and venturi sandblasting technology.

The vortex sandblasting technique
"The substance-friendly way to clean"

In the SAPI - eddy sandblasting process, a special eddy current
body use the compressed air flow similar to a cyclone in rotation. The blasting particles, which are finely distributed in the rotating compressed airflow, are guided over the surface to be cleaned while rotating with very gentle air pressure. This creates a finely abrasive, erasing cleaning effect that is uniquely gentle on the surface to be cleaned. A number of special fine blasting agents are available for this, such as powdered glass, calcite powder, powdered stone and special abrasives for gentle cleaning of the various building materials. Wherever the most gentle material and surface treatment is required, the SAPI - vortex sandblasting nozzle shows decisive advantages both in quality and in performance compared to conventional sandblasting nozzle technology.

The flat sandblasting technology (further accessories required)
"Achieve high area performance with a flat or wide sandblasting nozzle"

The newly developed and already successfully tested VARIO flat sandblasting nozzle forms a super flat wide sandblasting due to its sophisticated nozzle configuration. The spatula-shaped wide sandblasting thus formed guides the blasting agent, which is finely distributed in the compressed air, in an extremely flat bundle and with a particularly high area performance onto the surface to be cleaned. This makes the removal of coatings and stubborn impurities even more efficient than with conventional round sandblasting nozzles. The sandblasting width is 15-30 cm, depending on the sandblasting head size. By varying the abrasive grain sizes and the air pressure, this nozzle technology can be used in a very wide range of applications. The flat sandblasting nozzle can be used both dry and wet.
The flat sandblasting nozzle and a second rubber ring are required here as a further option; these must be ordered separately (subject to a surcharge).

The Venturi - round sandblasting technology (additional accessories required)
"Classic blasting technology for universal blasting work"

The Venturi round sandblasting nozzle technology accelerates the compressed air flow linearly and forms a cone-like round sandblasting. The sandblasting particles hit the surface at high speed. Due to its strong abrasive effect, Venturi blasting technology is particularly suitable
for removing coatings and roughening a wide variety of surfaces such as steel, concrete, plaster, etc.
A second rubber ring is required here, this must be ordered separately. (Subject to a surcharge)

The scope of delivery includes:

• Housing with 2" coarse thread

• Nozzle head (optionally with 4 mm, 6 mm, 8.5 mm or 10 mm diameter)
