Pressure sandblasting process and injector blasting process combined in one blasting system. A sandblasting cabin for all purposes!

The pressure/injector sandblasting cabin of the "T-Rex 100 Double Power" type can be used either in the pressure sandblasting processor in the injector blasting process. This makes it possible to carry out even the heaviest sandblasting work. The injector sandblasting process, which is also integrated, can be used for lighter sandblasting tasks, which saves expensive compressed air. The selection of the sandblasting process (pressure sandblasting or injector blasting) is made simply by means of a selector switch on the booth foot.

The compact, combined pressure/injector sandblasting cabin has an integrated cartridge filter suction system. Thanks to the permanently installed filter system, the sandblasting cabin only requires little space and can be easily moved using a lift truck or forklift.

Due to the compact design of the sandblasting cabin, it is immediately ready for use, only the compressed air and power supply has to be established and the sandblasting agent must be filled.

The integrated cartridge filter extraction system guarantees an optimal view of the sandblasting room. At the same time, optimal abrasive cleaning is achieved so that the abrasive can be reused as often as possible. By using the most modern fan technology, an extremely low power consumption (0.55 kW) is achieved, which makes the injector sandblasting cabin extremely economical.

Our high-performance injector sandblasting head (fresh blasting head) achieves a high negative pressure and thus achieves a high sandblasting power, which enables fast, economical work with the negative pressure sandblasting cabin. The blasting nozzle is made of boron carbide and has an extremely long service life, even when using corundum sandblasting media. The pressure sandblasting head is also equipped with a boron carbide sandblasting nozzle for maximum service life.

To illuminate the sandblasting room, a modern, energy-saving LED light is attached to the cabin roof, protected from dust. This ensures optimal illumination of the sandblasting room of the blasting cabin and enables fast, fatigue-free and economical work.

Our sandblasting cabins are made of strong sheet steel, which enables a high load-bearing capacity of the work grate.

All SAPI sandblasting cabins meet all current safety standards and are equipped with a door safety switch, which stops the sandblasting process immediately if the cabin is opened during the sandblasting process.

Metallic abrasives, cast steel, steel shot, chilled cast iron, stainless steel abrasives, corundum, glass beads, plastic granules, vegetable granules, etc. can be used as blasting media.
