Dust-Free sandblasting machine PR50

With this SAPI recirculating sandblasting unit, one of the most economical and environmentally friendly options available, the blasting abrasive exiting through the blast nozzle is immediately reclaimed. In a cyclone, the blasting abrasive is separated from dust and dirt particles. The reusable material falls back into the storage container, dust and dirt particles are extracted, and coarse particles are separated through a screen.

Three different brush attachments are available: a flat dust-catching brush for working on flat surfaces and 2 different angled dust-catching brushes for working on inside or outside corners/edges.

The dust extraction unit is equipped with a polyester/cotton filter. Independent of the device, it can also be used as a wet or dry vacuum cleaner.

Depending on the desired surface finish, corundum, glass beads, walnut shell granulate, or plastic blasting media up to a max. diameter of 1.4 mm can be used as blasting abrasive. As a general rule, only reusable blasting abrasives should be used in recirculating blasters.

Depending on the blasting abrasive used, a wide variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, glass, natural stone, etc. can be processed.

The dust-free recirculating blaster PR 50 is used in a wide range of industries such as metalworking companies, steel construction companies, body repair shops, paint shops, car dealerships, automotive workshops, glazing companies, cleaning and restoration companies, as well as stonemason workshops.
