Our boron carbide long nozzles are made from hot-pressed boron carbide and are extremely wear-resistant.

With our boron carbide nozzles, service lives of up to 1,000 hours can be achieved. There is impact protection on our jet nozzles, consisting of an aluminium jacket with a rubber impact protection.

Our boron carbide blasting nozzle has a 2 “coarse thread, suitable for our abrasion-resistant blasting hoses with the following diameters: 19mm, 25mm and 32mm.

Description

Hot-pressed boron carbide nozzles have a longer service life than boron carbide nozzles made from cold-pressed boron carbide.

There is no better material than boron carbide for making sandblasting nozzles. Boron carbide is the hardest material from which jet nozzles can be made. Boron carbide nozzles can be produced cold or hot pressed, with hot-pressed nozzles being the higher quality and having a longer service life (up to 1,000 hours). Thanks to their long service life, boron carbide blasting nozzles can be used for all types of blasting media. Our boron carbide blasting nozzles are also suitable for abrasive and hard blasting media such as corundum, steel grit and other angular sandblasting media.

Highest beam power through Venturi shape:

Due to the Venturi shape of the SAPI boron carbide blasting nozzle (long nozzle), up to 30%, higher blasting power is achieved compared to cylindrical blasting nozzles. Venturi blasting nozzles increase the blasting abrasive exit speed, thereby achieving a higher area performance, which contributes to more economical work.

Sandblasting nozzles with Venturi bore to increase the speed of the abrasive by up to 100% at the same pressure, which creates a wider blasting pattern. Venturi long nozzles achieve an approximately 30% higher work performance compared to straight, cylindrical jet nozzles. The consumption of blasting media can be reduced by approx. 30%.
