Our SAPI pressure blasting unit type "Mammut" with 200 litre tank capacity is suitable for all common blasting abrasives. A water separator is also permanently attached to the blasting unit, which separates moisture from the compressed air and prevents the blasting agent from clumping due to excessive moisture.
Our 2-part remote control, consisting of an inlet and outlet valve, is installed for safe operation of the sandblasting unit. This starts and stops the blasting process by operating the hand lever, which is mounted on the blasting hose.
The scope of delivery includes a fully assembled blasting hose package with a length of 10 metres. The blasting hose package consists of 10 m of highly abrasion-resistant sandblasting hose 25x7 mm or sandblasting hose 32x8 mm (abrasion < 35 mm³, 1st quality), nozzle holder, hand lever (back pressure lever), double control line and blasting hose coupling.
A silicon carbide Venturi long nozzle is also included in the scope of delivery, optionally with a diameter of 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm.
