Our SAPI pressure blasting unit type "Mammut" with 60 litre tank capacity is suitable for all common blasting media. The blasting pressure can be infinitely adjusted from 0.1 - 12 bar via the permanently installed pressure regulator. A water separator is also permanently attached to the blasting unit, which separates moisture from the compressed air and prevents the blasting agent from clumping together due to excessive moisture.

Our safety cut-out is included for safe operation of the sandblasting unit. This starts and stops the blasting process by operating the hand lever, which is mounted on the blasting hose.

The scope of delivery includes a fully assembled blasting hose package with a length of 10 metres. The blasting hose package consists of 10 m of highly abrasion-resistant sandblasting hose 25x7 mm (abrasion < 35 mm³, 1st quality), nozzle holder, hand lever (back pressure lever), control line and blasting hose coupling.

A silicon carbide venturi long nozzle is also included in the scope of delivery, optionally with a diameter of 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm.

The included abrasive sieve prevents foreign bodies from being filled into the blast pot when filling, which could clog the blast pot.

The cover protects the blasting unit from moisture and dirt.

• The pressure setting can be precisely adjusted before the actual blasting process from0.1 - 12.0 bar continuously adjustable.
• Lower abrasive consumption, as the pressure tank remains permanently pressurised and therefore there is no unnecessary run-on of abrasive.
• When restarting, the full blasting pressure is immediately available at the nozzle and does not have to be built up slowly first. This significantly reduces abrasive consumption and significantly reduces wear on the blast hose. ;;
• No moisture formation (condensate) in the tank, as the boiler remains constantly pressurised and is not vented and aerated at every start and stop. At the same time, this process has other advantages as follows:
• Optimal abrasive dosing with hardened fine dosing valve
• reduced compressed air requirement, resulting in a significant reduction in fuel consumption (diesel)
• One-man operation, as the jet pressure is constantly displayed by the tank pressure and can be easily changed on the pressure gauge without having to start first.
• No fault-prone device components such as control valves, diaphragms and seals, making it easy to maintain and reliable to operate. Only the blasting hose in the safety shut-off must be checked and replaced if necessary.
