25 kg cast steel round (Steel Shot) sandblasting material

Cast steel round (Steel Shot high carbon)is around, reusable abrasive (hardness approx. 48HRC), which is used in wheel blasting systems. In the blasting process, the round grain slowly breaks down and a balanced operating mixture is created. Due to the high energy transfer during blasting, surfaces are cleaned faster and more effectively than with a low-carbon blasting agent. Higher throughput speeds and abrasive savings are clear and demonstrable positive effects of our highly hollowed Steel Shot abrasives. More effective blasting also reduces the costs of the blasting process.
