Unbreakable, resilient helmet shell

Manufactured using high-pressure injection moulding from special plastic for technical, extreme applications.

The large snap lock is durable and easy to open and close, even with gloves

Tear-off lens system for maximum productivity and time savings. Up to five panes can be used without streaking or any other impairment of visibility. The tear-off system ensures that only one film is removed even when torn off with gloves.

The permanently attached handle is dust-tight with covered click fasteners and can be easily replaced. The capes are available in different designs.

A hex wrench mounted inside the helmet is the only tool needed to remove all attached parts. No tool kit required. It couldn't be easier.

The direct air system ensures even air distribution and prevents the lens from fogging up. The air duct prevents cool drafts on the head and neck and directs the air to where it is needed. Ventilation slots in the shell provide additional comfort.

The design and technology of the NOVA 3 distribute the weight of the helmet evenly over the head and shoulders, ensuring an optimal fit, practicality and lightness for the mobility of the worker. In addition, a neck pad that can be adjusted by means of a grid ensures optimum support even when the head is tilted quickly. The ingenious, fully adjustable, internal Smart-Pass padding (patent pending) enables the helmet to be customized. This prevents discomfort and irritation and allows workers to keep their heads clear even under the pressure of their work. The upholstery serves a second important purpose. It is positioned so that it absorbs noise in the helmet and thus protects the workers' hearing. The padding can be easily removed, is fully machine washable and makes the helmets hygienic and comfortable to wear even in the most extreme temperatures.
