Tear-off lens system for maximum productivity and time savings. Up to five lenses can be inserted without streaking or other visual impairments. The tear-off system ensures that only one film is removed even when tearing off with gloves.
The firmly attached shroud is dustproof with covered click closures and can be easily replaced. The shrouds are available in different versions.
An internal hex key is the only tool needed to remove all attached parts. No toolbox required. It couldn't be simpler.
The direct air system ensures even air distribution, preventing the visor from fogging. The air duct prevents a cool draft on the head and neck and directs the air where it is needed. Ventilation slots in the shell provide additional comfort.

Additionally, an adjustable neck pad ensures optimal support even with rapid head movements. The sophisticated, fully adjustable internal Smart-Pass padding (patent pending) allows for an individual fit of the helmet. This prevents discomfort and irritation, allowing workers to keep a clear head even under work pressure. The padding serves a second important purpose. It is positioned to absorb noise within the helmet, thus protecting the worker's hearing. The padding can be easily removed, is fully machine washable, and makes the helmets hygienic and comfortable to wear even in extreme temperatures.
