SAPI Injector Sandblasting Unit "PROFI 1 Turbo" - Open Blasting Unit with Suction Blasting Method and Enhanced Performance
The SAPI Injector Sandblasting Units "PROFI 1 / 2 Turbo" are a further development of the SAPI Injector Sandblasting Units "Profi 1 / 2", which have been tried and tested for years.
By using a more powerful blast head and an inlet valve with increased flow rate, the blasting performance has been significantly increased with only marginally higher air consumption.
Operation is via a hand lever mounted directly on the blast hose, just like our pressure blasting units. This enables safe and fatigue-free working. The blasting process stops immediately when the hand lever is released.
The units work with the open blasting method and allow the processing of surfaces, as well as precision spot blasting.
SAPI Injector Sandblasting Units are suitable for all common blasting abrasives such as slag, garnet sand, glass beads, normal corundum, white corundum etc. (except metallic blasting abrasives).
By using a boron carbide blast nozzle (service life up to 1,000 hours), the suction blasting unit can also be operated with aggressive materials such as corundum. This makes the blasting unit suitable for both hobby use and daily professional use.
